Originally formulated for a dream interpretation class to enhance meditative states and vivid dreaming, a cup of divination tea can help the mind wander in a focused way. It helps you brainstorm and find solutions to your troubles. A cup before bed can help you drift off to sleep and bring on vivid and/or lucid dreams.

Ingredients: Mugwort; rose petal; sage; lemon balm; lavender; yarrow.

Suggested use: 1 tsp./8 oz. water

Steep time: 10-15 minutes
